Page does not display all Team WD members

    I have created a new category and added my team member profiles assigning them to the category I created. Do I need to create a new page or use one of the 2 that were already created? What shortcode should be used so it knows which category to use? Thank you!

    We appreciate your time posting your request.

    Did you make sure to publish your team categories? You can do that the following way. Add/Edit the page or post, where you wish to insert your team categories.

    Click on Insert Team WD button. A pop-up window will open with two tabs:

    • Single Contact
    • Contacts Category

    To insert the categories, select them from Contacts Category tab, and choose the View Type, then click OK.

    Thanks, I didn’t see the icon on the page. However, this caused another bigger problem. I opened the page I wanted to publish from. clicked on the icon and selected the category I wanted and it seemed to place the same icon on page next to shortcode. I clicked publish and I got a blank page. I try to come back in to edit page and I get the same blank page. I am using WordPress 4.8 and Extra magazine theme from elegant themes.
