page displaying very strangely

If you visit https://farmgardentrust.org/ and click resources you will see my problem.
The page views fine if I make it a child page but wont view as a parent page. I’m using Thematic framework and a child theme.
The page was working fine, but there seems to bu some sort of bug.
Any ideas?
