Page Depth

I set up the plugin via shortcode but for some reason the links only display the current page.

for example, If I am on the home page and I go to the “cars” page, it will say Home – Cars. This is working correctly. But If i go from the “cars” page to the “red cars” page which is a sub page in my menu, it just shows Home – Red Cars, not Home – Cars – Red Cars.

Is this an issue with how I set up my menus? I have multiple menus.
