Page CSS Honked Up (Mixed Bouqet theme)

Happy holidays all,

Using Mixed Bouquet here:

Added the code to call the pages listing, and it shows up fine in the sidebar. Created a page, and it displays, but the CSS doesn’t appear to be in use. The sidebar doesn’t display and I get errors at the end:

I’ve traded emails with the theme author, who has been very nice and offered help, but I thought I’d ask here in case someone can offer guidance …
