Page crashes when popup is closed

    Hello there,
    I created an announcement popup with the plugin. When I close the popup in the mobile version, the page crashes. (it freezes and does not recover without refreshing the page.)

    first, I was redirecting to my account page with a button, and the page was locked there. now I set the popup to close when the button is clicked, but the page still crashes. [ short link expanded, do not do that here again ]

    What is the reason and solution for this?

    For now, I just left the close button and when we press the close button, the page crashes.

    @bugun Just checked your site and the popup is not appearing on mobile devices? Did you only make it available for desktop?

    @bugun Just checked the site again. Not seeing the popup. Can you kindly clear the cache of your cache plugin and see if that fixes the issue?

    @bugun Just checked the site again and saw the issue. Looks like a conflict with another plugin or with your theme.

    Are you using any kind of stickybar, or other popup plugin? If you are try disabling the plugin.

    If you are not, then check if your theme has a special popup, lightbox settings and try disabling them.

    I am using Flatsome theme and no other popup plugins.

    I checked the theme but couldn’t find anything.

    @bugu can you kindly try disabling all the plugins and see if the issue is resolved? If it doesn’t, it could be a conflict with the theme.
