Page crashes for non-admin user

  • Hi,

    1. I installed the plugin
    2. Created a blog post I want to protect
    3. Created restriction for the post based on specific product that user bought

    Without doing anything else, site crashes to non admin users, nothing specific in logs, only:

    2023-09-25 12:01:52Error178.189.136.160786239#0: *304469 upstream timed out (110: Connection timed out) while reading response header from upstream

    As an administrator, I am able to remove Lock by product value and suddenly website starts to work for non logged in users.

    I tried to disable most of the installed plugins to find out if there is any conflict but could no disable all.

    I tried accessing website from Incognito window to make sure cookies are not the problem, but still whole site crashes, logged in user is OK.

    PHP 8.2.10 / Nginx

    Any ideas how to fix this,

    Sorry for the late reply, I couldn’t get to you sooner.

    site crashes to non admin users

    but still whole site crashes, logged in user is OK.

    Could you explain? Non admin would suggest logged in regular user but you are now saying its ok.
