Page content not visible in editor

  • My website can be seen properly from a browser.

    However, I wanted to change some of the text within my columns to update the page.

    I go to Pages – Edit (on the page in question) – I click on the empty content within Visual Editor so button is pressed – I press plugin button – All columns are empty…

    So I can’t edit the text to update my page.

    I have the latest version of the plugin at 2.06.

    I have disabled all other plugins with no luck.

    I need to be able to perform this function regularly as my content will change.
