• can someone please help to identify why page content is not reflecting when using a custom-full-width template but working for the default template. When I am adding an image gallery on a new page by selecting a template as custom-full-width in page attributes, the image gallery is not showing up on the page. Just header and footer are getting displayed. whereas when I am using default-template in page attributes, the image gallery is getting displayed. Please help to resolve this issue.
Here is the page to which I am struggling to edit and add an image gallery. https://thebulletphotography.com/wedding-photography/

  • Hi,

it appears that you are using a commercial theme. If you need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
