Page Content Flow into 2 Columns

Hello, I hope anyone can help.

I’ve just come across this issue from our designer.
He wishes to have a page were the text flows into two columns.

Now I could set this up as two separate posts but i’d rather it be more simple from the users end. So using Bootstrap, I have two columns but how could I flow the text into both (like a word document) and be editable via the wordpress page.
