Page Category Problem

Dear all,

I run https://www.FormulaWhat.com with WordPress. Currently, on the left sidebar, all the links under “General” are pages on the site.

I want to make another section called “Races” (in the same font/bg as “General”) where I can place more categories as well. The problem is that whenever I try to create another page, it appears under “General”. I do not know how to ‘separate’ my pages into several categories using this formatting.

Apologies if it’s a bit of a daft question as I am not terribly good at programming – this website took months and months to set up because I’m quite slow in that department ?? Many thanks in advance!
