Page Category Plus where can I find it

Does anyone know where I can find the plugin Page Category Plus? Everyone keeps recommending “Page2Cat” and that doesn’t get the job done. I need the features of Page Category Plus. The authors page is full of broken links and I cannot find it in the WP plugin depository.

The few threads I have found on these forums about it all the links are broken and the (very old) topics have been closed.
