Confirm if the issue goes away by switching to the default “Twenty Sixteen” and “twenty Seventeen” themes.

    Hello,

    Thanks for your quick revert!

As you said, i have installed the theme “Twenty Sixteen” using cPanel(public_html/wp-content/themes).

After that, when i try to access my website Domainname/wp-admin. it was showing only the old themes

to select and apply it. I couldnt able to see the new theme “Twenty Sixteen”. Even if i delete the

old themes from the folder(public_html/wp-content/themes).Its coming again in the wp-admin page.

    Please advise

    I can see your Homepage.

Im not sure what seems to be the issue!

    Hello,

I need to change my theme “StoreFront” into some other theme. Though i have installed my theme using cPanel(public_html/wp-content/themes). New theme is not reflecting in my admin page to select and apply it. Old ones are listing always in the admin page.

    Please describe the problem.

Are unable to login? If you are unable to login, any error message?

I was trying to access the wp-admin page with the below URL

    https://www.thecookiesonline.com/wp-admin/

Once i landed the page, i was asked to provide the username, pwd, settings, contact, and Theme. As a Final step when i select and apply one particular theme,It takes 30 secs to install the theme. After that, Page rendered with issue like “That page can’t be found”. If am again relogin the wp-admin page, it is asking the last step(Theme selection) again.
