Page Cannot Be Displayed

Hi
The installation appears succesful, however when performing actions such as logging in, adding comments, working with the admin, I very often get a “Page Cannot Be Displayed” error. (Has this something to do with the headers?) I would greatly appreciate some help with this issue, and I think I’m not the only one.
