Page calculation works, but calculation error upon submission

I just tried to fill a form and that worked for me. Can you make a screengrab and link that to us to understand how to replicate the same exactly?

Also, can you export the form from your site wp-admin Dashboard-> Forminator-> Forms-> Click the Gear icon beside the form name and click export. Do remember to strip all the confidential information from the form such as the email id in the email notification section.

Hi! Yes, it is working on the front end just fine, but submission causes the error. I had the Total Due appearing in the Submission message, but it just showed the error so I removed it. I’ve put it back so you can see the error.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to import the form in order to test as I’m getting “mport text can not include whitespace or special characters.” error.

I’m not sure if something went wrong during export itself or publishing your post but the error means that at some point this export is “corrupted”.

I apologize for the trouble but could you, please, export the form again but this time instead of copying the code use the “Download” button and then upload export file to some file storage of yours (e.g. Google Drive, Dropbox or similar) and share download link with us?

in notification instead of

I’ve used the conditional logic to set up a kind of nested if,then statement. The number of items ordered correlation to the price is in a lookup table type configuration and not a single formula. 1st item=$8, 2nd item=$7, etc. until the point all additional items are only $2.

So, I am happy with how the formulas work inline, but it doesn’t work the same after submission which is the part I don’t understand. How are these processes different?

Tech/code-wise – I’m not quite sure, I admit. Not being a developer myself I understand code quite well usually but I’ve never actually “dived-in” that much into it. One thing for sure though: regardless of how it works “under the hood” it should be (is expected to) be giving correct and the same results so that might mean that it’s either subject to some known issue that we didn’t yet found out that applies to this case or that it might be some bug that we aren’t yet aware of.

Having said that, I’m afraid I need to ask you for a bit more help again. I looked into you form (on my end) again and I’m still confused…
