Page caching seems not working for both dynamic and static pages

Same here… Did you checked your response header?

I have the same issue, after checked the Response Header, everything looks normal…

Below is my response header:

cf-cache-status: HIT
server: cloudflare
vary: Accept-Encoding
x-wp-cf-super-cache: cache
x-wp-cf-super-cache-active: 1
x-wp-cf-super-cache-cache-control: s-maxage=31536000, max-age=60
x-wp-cf-super-cache-cookies-bypass: swfpc-feature-not-enabled

Any idea?

Me too, most assets got HIT. but i still wonder if anything’s wrong.

As I can see here it seems you are using the CLoudflare official plugin along with APO with this plugin. If you have the CLoudflare plugin installed please remove that.

Please share your website URL so that I can check here. If you response header is showing HIT for your HTML pages and static content then the plugin is working perfectly. Sometimes the test cache button shows false negative. But do share your site URL so that I can test and check here.

Hey @leederrty97,
your page has double cache control header. Check what is adding the second cache control header and get rid of that (probably added by your server rules). Screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/TDtkS3g.png

Yes it is still there @leederrty97. Please use the chrome dev tools to check the response header of the first request. You will see it yourself. This is probably being added by your server configuration or htaccess.

Im still getting the error in the plugin tho but after a few chat with my hosting provider, my google dev tool now shows “cf-cache-status: HIT” in the response header. Should I still be worried?

– Yes you should not enable APO when using this plugin. If you can afford the pro plan, definitely go with it. It will give you image optimization, WAF and so much more.

as I said, that cache control might be getting added by some server rule or some mu-plugin you might have on your website.
