    I have enabled amp on my website and has w3tc. enabled amp extension as well.
    is there anything else i have to do like specifying somewhere to “Cache URIs with query string variables”

    Thank you for your question and I am happy to answer.
    The only thing you need is to enable the AMP extension in Performance>Extensions, check the AMP extension settings and AMP URL Type:
    Make sure select tag or query string accordingly if AMP page URLs are tag-based (/my-page/amp/) or query string based (/my-page?amp.
