I took a look at your previous threads, and in both cases, you were using a static caching plugin, not a persistant object cache, which is why you were seeing the recommendation to add a persistant object cache.

Also, keep in mind that you don’t need a persistant object cache. The warning is just trying to guide you towards optimal performance, but I’d say most WordPress users are on shared hosting providers that don’t offer persistant object caching.
