Page Cache – Only for home and archive?

    Can’t seem to find an answer for this anywhere…

    We run a restricted content site. When pagecache is enabled users can get access to posts that they shouldn’t

    Does anyone know of a configuration that will only page cache the home and archive/category pages?

    Hello @anseltk1,

    I am sorry about the issue you are having and I am happy to assist you with this.
    Are those pages restricted to non-logged in users or in some other way?
    There is no setting to the only cache specified pages.
    In Performance>Page Cache is the “Don’t cache pages for logged in users” enabled?
    You can also specify the pages to exclude from the cache in Pefrormance>Page Cache, advanced sub-box:
    Never cache the following pages:
    Never cache pages associated with these categories:
    Never cache pages that use these tags:
    Never cache pages by these authors:
    And you can also Never cache pages that use the specified cookies in Rejected cookies area.
