    Once again you gave a ticket as solved without being it !!!

    I transcribe my last message below:

    Don’t tell me anything?
    Don’t you want to know about a plugin user who was stuck in version 3.2.3 because the page cache doesn’t work in versions after this one?

    I’ve been trying for months to get this support to follow up on this problem (the most recent submission was the exported settings) but invariably the result is the closing of the ticket (always as resolved !!!) with no response.

    It remains for me to replace the plugin and spread a note against its use.

    As I said, I tried to submit a ticket at?https://getwpo.com/premium-support/?but it forces me to enter an “Order number for your purchase” !!!

    I reported this same issue (#3820) and was told to downgrade to 3.2.3 (back in August)

    @webpart We have found the issue and added a solution. Will be available in the next release (v.3.2.14)

    @joegasper If you are on Windows server, I can confirm that this issue has been fixed. If you are on other server, let me know.
