There are few things you need to check when this error appear, I was able to make the error appear because of these 2 serttings:
Enable cache which disables all the cache functionalities of this plugin. Setting can be found https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/cache/#enable-cache this need to be ON
    – When this setting is ON https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/toolbox/#disable-all-features all plugin functionalities are turned off. Please disable the setting.
    – Server must be Litespeed(any versions), but this is true, looking over the report details.
    – Look over Jetpack settings it might disable some LSC functionalities.
    – Some plugins/themes might have filters/actions added to stop some LSC functionalities.

Other than that there should not be any issue regarding

are you running on Apache ?

the cache will require LiteSpeed webserver or QUIC cloud CDN to work properly.

    Hello,

I’ve been experiencing persistent issues with the LiteSpeed Cache on my website despite following the recommended troubleshooting steps provided by the support team. Here’s a summary of what I have done so far:

    1. Cache Settings: I have verified that the “Enable Cache” option is set to ON.
    2. Disable All Features: This setting remains OFF, ensuring that all plugin functionalities are active.
    3. Jetpack: I temporarily disabled the Jetpack plugin, as I was informed it might interfere with LiteSpeed functionalities.
    4. Plugin Conflicts: I deactivated all other plugins to check for conflicts, leaving only LiteSpeed Cache active, but the issue persists.
    5. .htaccess Configuration: I’ve reviewed my .htaccess file to ensure that there are no misconfigurations affecting caching. It looks appropriate as per LiteSpeed documentation.
    6. Server Environment: My hosting server is confirmed to be LiteSpeed compatible.

Despite these efforts, I am still facing issues with caching functionalities. I would appreciate any further assistance or insights into what might be causing the problem.

    Thank you for your help!

the cache requires LiteSpeed webserver or QUIC cloud CDN, if you are running on Apache or other webserver, it just won’t work there.
