Page Cache Issue – Doesn’t Load Properly After Being Viewed

We are using a template page that works fine but when the dynamically created pages have been viewed once they don’t render properly. We have turned off asset cleanup and WP rocket on the template but it’s the same. Once a dynamically generated page has been viewed once it messes up it causes all dynamically created pages to render incorrectly.
