    Even though I’m purging all the page won’t update until I shift+f5. Looks like the browser cache isn’t changing.

    	SetEnvIf Request_URI "/$" change_header
	Header set Cache-Control "no-cache, no-store, must-revalidate, max-age=0" env=change_header

    please try add this to your htaccess

    I haven’t tried the above yet but it’s the footer that isn’t updating. Would the above work?
