    Hello,
I have moved a website from a local development environment on Windows IIS running PHP 8.2.9 to a Windows web server also running IIS and PHP 8.2.9 and now I keep getting this error message on the dashboard on the backend. Even though the wp-config is clearly writable and “define(“WP_CACHE”, true);” is clearly listed at the top. I have read on another similar question to run Diagnoze and everything is fine.
    What could have gone wrong?
Thanks in advance for any help.

    Hi @alainmelsens,

That’s strange. Do you have any other environment file or prepended file that executes before wp-config?

Hi, thanks for your fast answer.
Not that I suspect. The website does start up differently from a normal website. I mean it is set up so that the visitors or users immediately gets the login screen because it serves as a kind of cloud file upload application. Could this possibly be a reason?

    Hi @alainmelsens,

It could be the reason, but it is hard to say anything without having details about your setup. Is the “cloud file upload application” a different software? Or it’s a custom functionality with WordPress?

Is the WordPress located in a subdirectory? (eg: example.com/wp)

It would be great if you can share site health info (WP Admin > Tools > Site Health > Info)

    Hi,
The WordPress CMS does work through a sub-domain, such as https://sub.domain.com. Could this be a cause in that case?
I do want to share you that “site health info” but could it possibly be through an email address? I’d rather not share this publicly.
    Thanks for understanding.

You can send site health info to [email protected]

    Hi,
I have just sent you the site health info by email.
I hope that might help you find the cause of the error?
    Thanks in advance.

I couldn’t hear back from you to the latest email; could you check it, please?

    Hi Mustafa,

I did reply by email a moment ago.

    Thanks.

In the end, the Powered Cache plugin does work and the meding is redundant or can just be ignored. Especially in my case.
Thanks in advance for the quick support.
