Site Health has flagged these security issues with my website:

    1. Median server response time was 1,217 milliseconds. It should be less than the recommended 600 milliseconds threshold.
    2. No client caching response headers were detected.
    3. A page cache plugin was detected.

I am using the community edition of W3 Total Cache.

Please tell me what to do to fix these problems. Thanks.

    Hello @sharenmcarthurgmailcom

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to assist you with this.

I’ve checked your website and on the front page I can see “Page Caching using disk: enhanced (Page is front page)” which means that you disabled the option ”?Cache front page” in Performance>Page Cache, and this means that the front page is not cached. You should re-enable this, save all settings and purge the cache.

As for the response headers, these is handled by the Browser Cache in W3 Total Cache. So you should make sure that the Browser Cache is enabled in the General settings and make sure that the Gzip, Etag, Cache-control, and Expires header is enabled in the Performance>Browser Cache, under the HTML&XML section.

Also, make sure to save all settings and purge the cache.

    Thanks!
