Page Cache Error Message

  • Hello;
    I am getting this error message when I activate W3 on my site, but when I try to submit a support inquiry from my site, it says I don’t have permission, so am submitting here:

    The following memcached servers are not responding or not running:

    Page Cache: /var/tmp/memcached.zionroas.zionroasters.com_wp.sock.

    This message will automatically disappear once the issue is resolved.

    Any ide if this is a simple settings issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Kevin
