Page cache and CDN activated but not working

    I have to websites where I am using both the latest version of W3TC and WP and the latest version of the Genesis theme.

    Page caching (enhanced disk), minify and CDN (CloudFront pull) are configured and activated. There’s no message of any kind in the dashboards (and I have a similar configuration running elsewhere on a third site). However, as the code and the comments show, only minify is actually running. Plus, it outputs a link to a minified css before the start of the <html> tag.

    Any idea where the problem is coming from?
