    Hi Team,

Updated Site Origin Page Builder plugin to latest version 2.5.15. When I go to a page that uses your Accordion Widget the open/close buttons to expand/collapse don’t appear or display e.g &#xff36c. In my case I forget to write the exact sow icon icon value. I cleared WordPress and Chrome cache and the open/close buttons no longer appears.

Workaround, I rolled back to previous version of Page Builder. This version does not have this issue.

    Kind regards.

    Hi @vbaaccess

    Thanks for reaching out.

I haven’t been able to replicate in our demo yet: https://demo.siteorigin.com/widgets/accordion-widget/

Is there a particular icon family I should try?

(Various issues seem to have been resolved this evening by turning off Settings > Page Builder > Content > Content Cache. We’re not yet sure why caching is such an issue going into 4.9, ideally that setting needs to be enabled again at some point if you do disable it. So…if you do try the upgrade again, disabling Content Cache would be worth a try.)

    Hi Andrew,

The link to my Shared Google folder below contains 4 screen captures that highlight the problem with the new update to Page Builder and the Accordion Widget. I reproduced the problem in Chrome and Firefox. Theme is Sydney which recommends Page Builder.

I hope that demonstrates the problem I am having.

    Kind regards

    Thanks.

Please, can you confirm you’ve turned off caching at Settings > Page Builder > Content > Cache Content?

    Hi Andrew,

Disabled Cache Content > Installed new plugin update > Clear WP Fastest Cache and the Accordion now works on Chrome and Firefox.

I generally try to work our issues myself. Problem resolved.

    Thank you very much.
