• Hi, today I just found out the page builder tab is not showing. So far the live page looks fine, but won’t be able to edit until the pagebuilder functions come back. Anyone has the same problem?

    Hi hsultd,

From the sounds of things, this might be a plugin conflict. Would you mind running a quick plugin conflict test?

You can start by disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue. You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins. So just to confirm, double check if the issue is coming up while all other plugins are disabled.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue. Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

You could also try temporarily switching to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Sixteen. Default WordPress themes are generally very light weight which lowers the chance that they’ll conflict with plugins, so they’re a good way to test if your original theme is the source of the issue.

Hi, thanks for the advice and I found the conflict plugin that causes the problem: Amazon Associates Link Builder (official Amazon plugin).

    Hi hsultd,

I went to log this conflict (so we can work towards fixing it) and oddly, I can’t replicate the stated conflict. Can you please temporarily re-activate this plugin and then try and edit your page again. When it doesn’t work, please send me the contents of your console? Please refer to this guide on how to access your browser console.

    Sure, I just re-activated it.

I open the browser console but couldn’t find anything about “howdy.html”
