page builder saves but can't view

The issue still isn’t resolved for me even after updating to 1.2.7. The only way I can get content back on my page is to revert back 1 month. When I do I get the content from 1 month ago but the Quest Page Builder does not load. I just get the rotating wheel indefinitely. If I click the update button all content is gone.

I have been having the same issue today. Unfortunately, my option to revert to an older version is missing. However, this evening the Page Builder seems to be working again so I can rebuild my page, except that none of my html will work properly. It’s like the tags are being ignored, but only some of them…

Sometimes it adds an rn to the ends of the lines when I save. If I remove all the line breaks the “rn”‘s don’t appear, but the code still is not working. It makes me wonder if there are “rn”‘s in the code I can’t see causing the problems?

I have a copy of this page (with a few small differences) that I haven’t made any changes to on the same site, and it is working, so I know it’s not a problem with my html code.

We believe the /r/n issue might be caused with the latest version, please try the fix i posted in the other thread and let us know how it goes.

This is getting very frustrating! After two months we still can’t update our site. I would have expected paying for the full version of the template would at least give me the ability to get support. Page builder does not work period. If you want to log on as an admin to the site to see the issue I will give you an account.

1) Page builder does not load. We just get the spinning circle.
2) if you try to save anything you lose all content.
3) you can revert back to previous versions but can’t update the content at all without losing everything.

Is there any chance of getting a resolution to this or do I need to start over with another template that actually works? If I start over (which I hope I don’t have to) do I get a refund for the template I bought from you that does not work?

As i responded on the Paid support forum, the issue was because of an incompatible version of Quest Plus, and i believe after you updated the version, the issue was resolved

I just logged in after a long time of not checking my WP site, and all the page contents that I created in PageBuilder are gone! Please help me. My site is accountiawa.com, but it’s not public yet.

I think that i updated my website and some content in page builder went missing. Following that I tried to fix it but my all template was empty.
Now i try to work on it again and create for the 2nd time the template, but I cannot use visual editor in page builder . I create a new template with visual editor then I copy and paste it in my front page but I cannot see it. As it it didn’t exist.

I’m very bad with wordpress. A graphic designer helped me. Now i really want to fix that with your help please.
