Page builder overrides verification page

  • So I built my website with oxygen builder (page builder) and I think everytime I scan a QR code of a ticket oxygen builder directs me to the wrong page.
    I scanned the qr code and it directs me to domain.com/purchase/?ticket_id=….

    Which basically leads me to the empty cart page.
    My question is if it’s possible to tell oxygen builder to show me the correct verification page if I scan a qr code?

    That URL looks right; the QR code should point you to the purchase page URL with the ticket ID and verification action parameters.

    But it is possible that Oxygen is overriding the template redirect; can you disable Oxygen builder and just verify that it’s really a conflict with that?

    Alright the ticket gets verified when I deactivate Oxygen and scan the ticket. So how can I workaround this issue because Oxygen needs to stay activated?
