Page Builder not loading up on existing page

Been using Page Builder for a while…and like it!
Just ran into an odd issue though…this page which was built with Page Builder a while ago goes into the Text view when I open it for editing, rather than in the Page Builder view…

…and if I try to switch to the Page Builder view, I get the prompt about “do you want to copy…” and it doesn’t show the actual Page Builder stuff. It would just make one giant PB row with all that stuff in it…I have no way to open up the existing PB construct and make any changes to it. Other than completely re-doing it, which naturally I’d rather not do…
Other pages, like https://www.northrupsystems.com/testimonials/ open up in PB view just fine, like they’re supposed to.
Any ideas?
