Page builder not displayed

    Hi,

    I can’t get the page builder tool to display at all. It is enabled for pages, and not restricted to any user role. I’ve tried reverting to the Twenty Sixteen theme (I normally use GeneratePress) and deactivating all plugins except for Tailor.

    Can you advise please?

    Hi Paul,

    Do you see any of the “Tailor this..” links, or is it when accessing Tailor itself that you encounter problems?

    Any chance you could provide screenshots of the Settings page and what you’re seeing on the Edit Page screen?

    Hi Andrew,

    The page edit screen is exactly as on a default WP install – no option to ‘Tailor this’.

    The settings page has only 3 boxes ticked:

    1. Enabled post types – Pages
    2. Descriptions – Show element descriptions in the Elements list?
    3. Icon kits – Dashicons

    I can’t upload or provide a link to screenshots right now. I have just tried installing the plugin on a completely vanilla WP install and I have the same problem. Apart from the menu link under Settings, you would never know the plugin was active.

    Very strange.

    Which hosting provider are you using?

    Is there any chance you could provide me with a temporary set of login credentials to investigate further? I’m unable to reproduce this in any of my test environments.

    I’m having exactly the same issue on 2 (so far) dev sites. have tried with both Zurb Foundation starter and core WP themes. No Tailor UI is visible from anywhere. Please look out for a mail from timgummerdesign.com

    Ah – finally found the Tailor This page link on the page listing!

    Please ignore. Except some hints about this on the Tailor Settings Admin would might be appreciated by others.
