Page builder mode issue

  • Hi. Amazing theme & great job!

    I have discovered an issue which may affect users trying to upload CSV files with products.

    When you do this, the new products are created with “Page builder mode” enabled. This means that all new products you get have a page layout with no paggings, weird footer.

    Is there a temporary solution on how to disable this “Page builder mode” for products only? Ideally, here should be a switch in the settings, to disable/enable this feature globally across the website.

    As far as I know, ‘Page builder mode’ feature doesn’t present until particular page builder plugin has been enabled. Which page builder plugin are you using?

    Or, to help me getting better context of your problem, can you share a screenshot showing current situation needing help with to Google Drive or other file hosting services; and link it here? Ensure the the link is publicly accessible.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the answer. No page builder is used. Just the default theme.

    When you upload CSV file with multiple products, this box in products page, gets ticked by default: https://pasteboard.co/KjfIS1D.png

    And it creates products pages which are not well formatted, with no paddings.

    If you have hundreds of products, you cannot go to each one to untick the box…

    I tested earlier and wasn’t able to replicate the issue. Are you using a different plugin than Woocommerce for uploading the CSV?

    Anyway, we will remove all page builder support code from the products since it’s not really needed and this will fix your issue, without having to untick for each product.
