Page Builder Missing from Edit Page

    Potential Bug:

    If I install Page Builder on top of WordPress 3.5 and then upgrade to WordPress 3.6 everything is fine.

    However if I first upgrade to WordPress 3.6 and then install Page Builder afterwards, the Page Builder tab doesn’t appear on the Edit Page.

    Can you investigate please?
