Page Builder Interface/Tab

  • Hello,
    I started to have trouble viewing the Page Builder tab on post/page editors yesterday. I thought it was because I did not update WP. So I updated WP and also updated Page Builder. I am also using the Vantage premium theme by your company.

    I am still not seeing the Page Builder tab on the post/page editor AND now the Custom Home screen for Vantage will not load the Page Builder interface….it keeps showing the loading/spin.

    Any ideas of what might be causing this? Please help as the client needs to edit the home page.

    This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. What ca happen is that other add their own Javascript that breaks the Page Builder interface.

    The first step would be to deactivate any other plugins you have installed one by one and see if that fixes the issue.
