Page builder for forms?

    I am trying to create a membership application form and have everything done – but it looks horrible. What I am looking for is a way to format the form into something professional looking (similar to the .pdf version people could also use) like this:

    I think what I’m looking for is a “page builder for a form”?

  • Hi @txfig,
    As far as I know, this doesn’t exist. You need to style it with CSS/HTML (which in fact is not very complicated, but you need some skills here).
    But you are using Elementor, so you could also use the built-in form widget in Elementor. That is easier to style.

    I just watched a quick tutorial on using the form widget in Elementor. It looks pretty close to what I am looking for.
