Page broken after disabling the plugin
-
Update: After raging here, Optimole did get in touch with me immediately and was very responsive. We resolved the issue together within a day.

I disabled this plugin because WP-Rocket now supports lazy loading for background images as well. This was this only reason I went for Optimole. Now after disabling it, I have many many broken images on my website. All modules of the tool (Media Recoverage, etc.), that should help to remove all pieces of code of this plugin, failed. I still can see in the source code of my frontend, that many images are linked via optimoles URLs.
Well, as a premium user, I can contact the support – that’s what I guessed. Well. After good responsiveness in the beginning, there we 9 days of silence. 9 days of a broken website is a problem when you have thousands of website visitors. Now again 5 days of silence.
I cannot recommend Optimole. Go for Shortpixel+WP-Rocket and you have a faster + more reliable page.
