Page breaks don't work?

  • Seems like it’s every day I have a problem with wordpress. First last night I cant get any html code I enter to save. And so this happens I am now trying to format an article by doing so in the visual tab.

    But anytime I press enter to get a page break for the next paragraph, it shows a break in visual, but once I hit preview, nothing happens and my page looks exactly as it did before I hit the enter key.

    Can someone explain to me how I can format an article if visual and html tabs are both having problems?

    Should I uninstall and install an older version?

    Well I couldn’t actually post a link as it’s not a published page, it’s just a preview of the work done so far, but not published, so how can I show a link?

    I can do a print screen of the picture.

    But for an example. I tell you what happens again. I want a page break and it isn’t happening in preview. Look at what I mean.

    This is what i want to happen.

    But this is what it looks like in preview.

    Could be a markup issue or a CSS problem. Without seeing an example page, I can’t say for sure.
