    Hi I have discovered an issue

    i have had a form on my website that has been working for a long time, i need to amend it so when i tested quickly before i went to edit it i discovered it is no longer was functioning, i don’t know what update that broke it but i have just discovered it today

    on my form i collect first name email and a couple of questions that use visibility rules all of which are required on the first page of the page break

    when filling out the information and click to button to go to the next section it doesnt do anything nor show an error, when i click on a few other fields i noticed that the some hidden fields are showing an error of ‘This field is required. Please enter text.’ so i think it might be a required conditional issue

    it looks like if i try and recreate the form it starts working but on the old one it doesn’t work

    is there a place i can send you the link to the page, its not really a public page so could i send it via email?

    Hi @m1k3w,

    This issue has already been fixed in the latest update of Forminator. Sounds like you have version 1.33.

    Could you please make sure you are using the latest version ie 1.34? If not, please update the plugin and let us know how that goes.

    If you still face issues even after updating to v1.34 then please do share the form export so that we could check further.

    If you are concerned about any sensitive information in the form, then you can duplicate your form, remove any sensitive information, and then export it.

    You can share the export file via Google Drive, Dropbox or any cloud service in the next reply.

    Thanks for your quick reply i have done some testing since and the form works in incognito mode and in a different browser so i think it might be a caching issue which is a relief i thought i was going to have to rebuild forms on all my clients websites

    Hi @m1k3w,

    Hope this message finds you well, and glad to hear that you found the issue.

    When it comes to caching issues, adding a parameter in the URL can help too, like yourcoolsite.ltd/?cache=no, it will bypass Page caching server/plugin features.
