Page Bounces

So, I’ve added the Sticky Menu (or Anything!) plugin to https://massage4.life/ and while it works well, on some browsers the page will bounce until you scroll off of the very top of the page. Obviously, this is very annoying and would like to solve this issue.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
