Page Body Title Not Displaying

I am currently building a site on localhost so I have no URL to show. I am running BLANK-Theme by Chris Coyler, so most of the code was added myself.

I am trying to use a page template that will show only one category per page. I found something that works, but now the Page Body (what I type into the form on the Page Editor in my dash) and Page Title are not showing up, and I’d really like for them to.

The page template I am using is in a gist. Is there anything wrong with the attached code? I can’t tell if it’s something I’ve accidentally removed, or something that I forgot to add.

The default page template is here. I’ve tried switching to the default template to see if the Title and Body show up — and they DO show up, however it displays NO posts at all!

Is there a way to get both Posts and Body/Title to display on a page? If anyone needs to see any of the other .php files I can upload them to a gist. Thank you!

EDIT::: I forgot to mention that I disabled plug-ins one by one and none of them seemed to affect it.
