I have the problem of the blank page. I have read the beginning topics. But it does not work. I have modified the memory limit, it does not work either.

Then I activated the debugging, but it does not show any type of error. I have disabled and activated plugins, but it does not work. I tried the output in html, and if that shows me the data.

System configuration and write permisions stay all green.

A few days ago it worked perfectly. I don’t know to do! ??

    Hi @jordikoki,

    That’s unfortunate.
Are you just running the free version of our plugin? And is it up to date (should be version 2.1.6).

    With kind regards,

    Michael

This means that there is not enough memory available to run the plugins on your site while also still having enough memory to generate the PDF… Nothing has changed in any part of the PDF plugin that would have increased memory usage, but it could of course be any of the other plugins (or your theme).
If you want to know more about this, you would need to install a plugin that measures memory usage and turn off plugins one by one – quite a time consuming task though ??

The fatal error shows the plugin runs out at 134217728 bytes, which is 128M.

Unfortunately the only thing I can recommend at this point is see if your hosting allows more memory. Sometimes this needs to be set at the PHP configuration because this will override the WordPress limit. More information here: increasing the memory limit

    Hope that helps!

    Hi wout!!

I contact with my hosting, and they confirm that i can’t do increasing the memory limit. But, they see that my php version is old, and does actualize to PHP 7.0. Now, my issue is out!

Thnks for your time and your work with this plugin.

Very glad to hear that! PHP 7 is much better, faster (2x!) and more efficient than php 5.X so that’s a great improvement overall ??

    Happy selling!
