Page blank when click on trigger from an Iphone (6s/7)

Hello,
On Iphone 6s and 7 we have a problem for opening our popups. When we click on the button, that open a new blank tab.
I have tested on “browserstack” for debug, but i have not this problem in browserstack Iphone 6s and 7.

There are 9 popups activated at url https://cowork.io. Which of the 9 popups are you having difficulty with?
Check the
<a href>value on the link for your popup. Make sure that<a href="#">.There’s a
target="_blank"attribute in your link. You don’t need that.
