Page Attributes Options do not drop down

So the whole Attributes module won’t open to see the Parent, Template, and Order fields?

Can you drag that module somewhere else on the screen and see if it opens?

And there is the option of reuploading WordPress files…

The mouse icon changes to the ‘directional’ look as if I could drag it..but it doesn’t move.

Thank you for the link on uploading files… that is what we were thinking of doing, but I didn’t know if I should focus on some specific files or not.

Probably just easier to upload all files.

If that doesn’t work, what happens if you change themes and/or deactivate all plugins?

So just to be 100% sure I understand, I can re-upload all files, and this will not disturb my database functionality, etc?

That is correct. But you have a database backup don’t you?

My database is backed up – yes.
I tried to re-install ALL FILES on the most recent d/l of wordpress 2.8.4 (which is what the blog is using)
The re-install seems to work because the file date has been changed to today.

I did not re-install the wp-content folder – but all other files were moved……Did not fix the problem ;-(

I tried to change theme to the default classic theme…..Did not fix the problem ;-(

Any other ideas?

When I say ‘re-install’ I really mean re-upload.

Nothing seems to be working.
Do you think I should try a fresh install, and then import the saved database?

Any pros out there who could give me a hand?
