Page attributes

Hello , I want to create sub menus but when i am hosting it another server submenus into the admin panel(page attributes) automatically taking default template but after changing the template and parent, its not coming. you can also go through the website https://www.perceptknorigin.com submenus for telecom vas are content services, IVVR srevices and etc.
the same way i have to implement please any one can guide me on this how to rectify it.
