Page after submission bug

If a form redirect to a page after submit (form -> settings -> Actions after submission -> Action type: page) and then you goes back to the page where the form is embed, a message in the top of the form is displayed: “Your form was successfully submitted”

NOTE: You can navigate several pages before going to the form page again, the message will be displayed too.
