    Hi,

    I want to create a multi page form for university admissions. The form
    should have save and next buttons so that users can save their data
    before proceeding to the next page.

    Users can also save incomplete forms and can come back to login,
    complete and submit the form later.

    Also is there a way a can get form template for users to select their
    courses/subjects and enter their corresponding grades.

    How can I achieve this with Form Maker pro?

    Hello @michelleflores!

    Thank you for posting your inquiry!

    You will need the Pro version of Form Maker plugin and its Save Progress add-on to get this functionality.

    The only part that the plugin and the add-on cannot cover is that the form cannot have save button after each page. It appears only in the end of the form.

    There you’ll have Save and Submit buttons, hitting save button users can login back and continue filling in the form, upon hitting Submit button users can no longer edit submitted data.

    Our form has multiple and single choice type fields and also a select field type with which you can ask your users to choose their grades, subject, etc.
