I made the mistake of assuming when I set the options for Admin Approval, that the user would not have access to any pages on the site until they were approved. But that does not happen. Any user not logged in can access any page. Did I miss a setting somewhere?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @jeffg2323,

Admin Approval is a login option settings. What you are looking to do is something like content restriction. These two are different things.

Login options are used after registration. For example, if you use Admin Approval after Registration then anyone registering to your site will not be able to log into your site until and unless the site admin approves the user from the user’s section.

With Content Restriction, you can have the feature to restrict contents so that anyone who is not logged in to your site, will not be able to see the site contents.
Learn more about it here: https://docs.wpeverest.com/user-registration/docs/user-registration-content-restriction/

    I hope it helps.
    Regards!
