    I just reinstalled Adrotate Pro. When I click on manage group the redirect works. On the Groups page there are two links. One of them is “add new”

    When I click on add new the page icon spins continually for what seems a very long time before going to page error 500.

    I have performed the plugins conflict test, deactivated adrotate and reactivated it and I switched themes and still no joy.

    I am on a dedicated server with 192GB ram and 12 cores. Time outs are set to 90. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to fix this? Time is of the essence.

    I have replied to your questions in my ticket system.

    Error 500 is a server error, logged in the error_log file. Looking that up should give some insight into what’s going wrong. I’ve also asked you to look in the error_log file in your support ticket and provided some more detail there.

    I’ll look at it tomorrow, when the weekend is over.
