Page 4 button is not there all other page buttons are there

I am using Savana theme.

On the front page at the bottom of the page there are buttons to all the other pages of posts. It is just above the footer. Like this in the center at the bottom:

1 2 3 5 >

If I go to any other page all the buttons are there including 4. It is just number 4 on the front page.

How can I make it appear?
